Challenge
The brand was in a stage where its identity and visual direction were still evolving. Content needed consistency across channels. The goal was to create a stronger foundation the team could confidently use internally while building more recognition and trust externally.
Contributions
In close collaboration with the team, I developed the brand system from the ground up. This included brand guidelines, content strategy, social templates, and presentation decks that created consistency across every touchpoint, from onboarding materials to client-facing communication.
Outcome
The team gained a cohesive system that improved workflow speed and brought more consistency across channels. Externally, the brand built stronger engagement, with leads regularly returning for content, starting conversations, and consistently clicking through. Across channels, content reached 30K monthly reach and 100K monthly views.
